Canadeer's 'Some Like it Hot' wild venison jerky is a delicious, high protein, super lean spicy snack. We only use premium ingredients throughout this traditional recipe, using minimal processing of the venison in order to ensure the purest product on the market.

Our 'Some Like it Hot' recipe originated deep in the maple forests of Eastern Canada, where it was used to marinade the delicious meat of White-tail deer. Here in the U.K, we have carried on with this fantastic recipe, but instead using the finest cuts of our wild fallow deer.
